The winding streets of Napoli's Quartieri Spagnoli are awash with tradesmen selling figurines of famous Neopolitan, Italian or religious characters. It was whilst wandering the darkened back streets one evening I saw this unusual terracotta mask of Hamsik.

After negotiating his release and safely transporting him to NY, his screaming face is ready to adorn a lucky wall.
